Ad manager

Run your ads where your customers are, without juggling ten tabs.

Ad Manager lets you build, launch, and manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns from one dashboard, with the leads flowing straight into your CRM and every campaign's performance in one view. You pick the objective, audience, budget, and schedule with guided setup, an AI assistant can draft the whole campaign from a plain-English description, and a readiness score grades the setup before you spend. Ad Manager is included on the Pro plan ($497£407/mo). Ad spend is paid to Google, Meta, and LinkedIn separately from your ElevateAI plan.

Every ad platform in one dashboard

Most owners running ads are logged into three different ad managers, each with its own layout, its own rules, and its own idea of what a conversion is. Ad Manager puts them side by side: connect your ad accounts once, then build and manage campaigns from the same screen you run the rest of your business in.

  • Meta: Facebook and Instagram in one campaign
  • Google Ads: search and display
  • LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences
  • Connect your own ad accounts; you keep ownership of them
  • Guided setup: objective, audience, budget, and schedule
  • Pause, resume, edit budgets, and duplicate campaigns without leaving the dashboard

Turn ad clicks into contacts

An ad that produces a lead you never follow up on is a donation. Native lead forms on Meta and Google let people submit without leaving the app they are in, and because the ads live in the same account as your CRM, the submission becomes a real contact with a real follow-up sequence attached.

  • Native instant lead forms for Meta and Google
  • Every submission creates a contact in the CRM automatically
  • Workflows can text and email the lead within seconds
  • The campaign, ad set, and ad are saved as the lead source
  • Send traffic to a ElevateAI funnel or landing page instead if you prefer

Speed matters more than polish here: the business that replies first usually books the job.

See what's working

Ad reporting sits next to your pipeline reporting, so you are not comparing a spend number in one tool to a revenue number in another. Spend, clicks, and conversions update in near real time at the campaign, ad-set, and ad level.

  • Real-time spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions
  • Break results down by campaign, ad set, and individual ad
  • Conversion tracking via the Facebook Conversions API and Google conversions
  • Lead source attribution carried through to booked appointments and revenue
  • Cost per lead and cost per booked job in one place

Build a campaign by describing it

If ad platforms feel like a cockpit, this is the plain-English version. Describe what you want (who you want to reach, where, and what you can spend) and the AI assistant sets up the audience, budget, placements, and targeting, then shows you a draft to approve or change. Nothing goes live until you say so.

  • Describe the campaign in plain language
  • The assistant builds audiences, budgets, schedule, and targeting
  • Review the draft and edit any part of it before launch
  • Ongoing management suggestions as results come in
  • You bring the ad copy and images; the assistant does not write or design your creative

To be clear: the AI builds, targets, and manages the campaign. Your ad copy and creative are yours, so bring the photos, video, and words that sound like your business.

A readiness score before you spend

The most expensive ad mistakes are the boring ones: an audience that is too narrow, a budget too small to learn anything, one lonely image, tracking that was never verified. Before launch, an Opportunity Score grades the setup and flags exactly what to fix.

  • Pre-launch score across audience, budget, creative, and tracking
  • Specific, prioritized fixes rather than a vague warning
  • Catches unverified conversion tracking before spend starts
  • Re-score after you make changes
  • Ask our team on live chat or video if you want a second opinion

Included on every plan, and a real person sets it up with you in two 1-on-1 calls in your first week.

The part nobody else does

Every plan comes with people, not just software.

  • White-glove onboarding. Two 1-on-1 calls in your first week: we set up the tech with you, then train you on the daily tools. Recorded, so you keep everything.
  • Live chat + video support. Talk to a human when you are stuck. Screen-share when it is easier to show than tell.
  • Bi-weekly office hours. Drop into a live session with our team every other week. Bring questions, leave with answers.
  • Courses & training videos. A course library and step-by-step feature videos included with every account. Learn at 2am if that is your speed.
How onboarding works

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which ad platforms can I run?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You connect your own ad accounts, so you keep ownership of them and of your ad history.

Do leads from my ads go into my CRM?

Yes. Native lead forms on Meta and Google drop straight into the CRM as contacts, with the campaign, ad set, and ad saved as the lead source, and a workflow can text and email them within seconds.

Does it write my ads for me?

No. The AI assistant builds and manages the campaign (audiences, budget, schedule, targeting, and ongoing suggestions) but it does not write your ad copy or design your creative. You provide the words and images.

Which plan is Ad Manager on?

The Pro plan. Like every plan, Pro includes unlimited users and contacts, no contracts, white-glove onboarding, and live chat and video support.

Do I still pay Google and Meta for the ads?

Yes. Ad spend is billed by the ad networks directly and is separate from your ElevateAI subscription. Usage outside included allowances, or services not included, may have separate charges. See our pricing page for current rates.
