You'll fill out a short form about your business, then book two 1-on-1 Zoom calls in your first week: a Tech Setup call where we set up the technical pieces with you, and a Training call where you learn the daily workflow. Both calls are recorded and sent to you.
Yes. Your plan covers its listed features and included allowances. Depending on what you use, separate charges can apply to calls, texts, emails, certain AI features and other usage-based services. Optional add-ons, phone numbers, carrier fees, registration fees and taxes can also add to your bill. Our Pricing and Fees Schedule lists the current rates and billing rules.
