Set up with you, not dumped on you.

Every ElevateAI plan includes white-glove onboarding: a short form after signup, then two recorded 1-on-1 video calls in your first week, one to set the tech up with you and one to train you on the daily work. After that you have live chat and video support, bi-weekly office hours, and a full training library for your whole team.

We get on a video call and do the technical setup with you, live, so it's done properly and you know where everything is.

Training call

Both calls are recorded and you get a written summary, so nobody has to take notes. Then we check back in at 30, 60 and 90 days to make sure it stuck.

Will you move my data for me?

No. We don't move your data on your behalf. We're straight about that, because promising it and then handing you a spreadsheet would be worse. What we do is make the move simple and sit with you while you do it.

Onboarding questions, answered

Do you migrate my data for me?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. We don't move data on your behalf. What you get is step-by-step switching guides for popular tools, CSV contact import that takes minutes, templates to rebuild your pages and automations, and our team on live chat and video calls to help you do it. You stay in control of your own data the whole way.

How long does onboarding take?

Your first week. After signup you fill in a short onboarding form, then you have two 1-on-1 video calls: a one-hour Tech Setup call and a one-hour Training call. Both are recorded and you get a written summary, followed by 30/60/90-day check-ins.

What support is included?

Live chat and video call support, plus bi-weekly live office hours, on every plan. You also get the full course library and our training videos.

Is onboarding really free?

Yes. White-glove onboarding is included free on every plan: Core, Growth and Pro.

Are the onboarding calls 1-on-1 or a group webinar?

Both onboarding calls are 1-on-1 video calls, one hour each, with a real person from our team. Office hours are the group sessions, and they're every other week.
