Courses, memberships & communities

Sell courses and build a community, on the same platform that runs your business.

ElevateAI hosts paid courses and memberships and runs a branded community, so you are not stitching a course tool to a group app to a checkout page. You build the lessons, decide who gets access and when, charge for it, and your members log in once to reach their courses, the community, and their own invoices and appointments.

How do I host and sell a course?

Build the course inside ElevateAI: products, then modules, then lessons with video, text, and downloads. Set it free or paid, and access is granted automatically the moment someone buys: no manual invites, no shared folders.

  • Build courses with modules and lessons
  • Video, text, images, and downloadable files in a lesson
  • Sell a course as a one-time purchase or a subscription
  • Free courses for lead magnets and onboarding
  • Membership tiers that unlock different content
  • Access granted automatically on purchase

Run a community your customers actually visit

A branded community keeps the conversation on your platform instead of a social feed you do not control. Members post, ask questions, and answer each other, and you can keep groups open to everyone or private to a paid tier.

  • Branded community groups under your own name
  • Discussion posts, comments, and reactions
  • Public groups or private groups tied to a paid tier
  • Member directory and moderation controls
  • Announcements that reach every member
  • Notifications that bring people back in

One login for your customer

Your members should not juggle three accounts. A single client area gives them their courses, the community, and their own paperwork (appointments, invoices, and receipts) behind one login.

  • One client area for courses, community, and documents
  • Members see their appointments and invoices in the same place
  • Mobile-friendly, so people can watch a lesson from a phone
  • Progress carries over between courses
  • Everything is branded to you, not to us

Market it with everything else

The part most course tools cannot do: the same CRM, inbox, email and SMS, funnels, and workflows that run your business also sell and onboard your members, so a signup starts a welcome sequence instead of sitting in a spreadsheet.

  • Sales pages and checkout built in websites & funnels
  • Welcome and onboarding sequences from automation & workflows
  • Email and text campaigns to members with email & SMS marketing
  • Every member is a contact in the CRM with full history
  • Payments, receipts, and recurring billing through payments & invoicing
  • Ask graduates for a review when they finish

Included on every plan, and a real person sets it up with you in two 1-on-1 calls in your first week.

The part nobody else does

Every plan comes with people, not just software.

  • White-glove onboarding. Two 1-on-1 calls in your first week: we set up the tech with you, then train you on the daily tools. Recorded, so you keep everything.
  • Live chat + video support. Talk to a human when you are stuck. Screen-share when it is easier to show than tell.
  • Bi-weekly office hours. Drop into a live session with our team every other week. Bring questions, leave with answers.
  • Courses & training videos. A course library and step-by-step feature videos included with every account. Learn at 2am if that is your speed.
How onboarding works

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can I charge for courses and memberships?

Yes. A course can be sold as a one-time purchase or as a recurring membership, and access is granted automatically when the payment goes through. Payments run through the card processor you connect, such as Stripe, and each purchase is recorded on the member's contact record.

Can I drip content instead of releasing everything at once?

Yes. You can release lessons on a schedule after someone enrolls, or gate later modules behind a higher membership tier, so people move through the material in the order you intended.

Is the community branded to me?

Yes. Courses, the community, and the client area carry your name and branding, not ours. Members are joining your community, and you keep the contact records and the conversation on your platform.

Can students use one login for the course and the community?

Yes. One client-area login covers their courses, the community, and their own appointments, invoices, and receipts, so there is no second account to remember.

Do I need a separate email tool to sell and onboard members?

No. The same CRM, unified inbox, email and SMS marketing, funnels, and workflows that run the rest of your business handle the sales page, the checkout, the welcome sequence, and the ongoing member emails, all on the same flat-price plan.
