ElevateAI + Stripe

Connect your own Stripe account to take card payments across ElevateAI (invoices, estimates, funnels, subscriptions and Text-2-Pay) with the money going straight to your Stripe. Nothing is re-routed and nothing sits in the middle: you keep the merchant account, and every payment is recorded on the customer's contact record.

You connect your own Stripe account, and standard Stripe processing fees apply on the payments you take.

    In settings, connect the Stripe account you already use. Takes a couple of minutes and it stays in your name.

    Invoices, estimates, order forms, funnels, subscriptions, forms and Text-2-Pay links can all collect a card immediately.

    Payments post to the contact and reporting

    The charge lands on the customer's timeline and in your revenue reporting, and can trigger follow-up automatically.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. You connect your own Stripe account, so the merchant relationship and the money stay yours. If you don't have one yet, creating it is free and takes a few minutes.

Can I bill recurring subscriptions?

Yes. You can sell subscriptions and payment plans that bill on a schedule through Stripe, and the customer's card stays on file for the next charge.

Are there fees?

Standard Stripe processing fees apply to each payment, billed by Stripe. ElevateAI doesn't add a cut on top of your transactions.

Does it support Apple Pay, Google Pay and buy-now-pay-later?

Yes. Through Stripe you can accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank payments and buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm.
