Cookie Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026 · ElevateAI
What this document covers. This policy explains how ElevateAI uses cookies and similar technologies on elevatenext.ai and our other websites that link to this policy, what categories of cookies we use, and how you can control them. It applies to all visitors to our websites. It is the authoritative source for our cookie categories and durations; the Privacy Notice explains more broadly how we handle personal information.
1. About This Policy
1.1 This policy is issued by ElevateAI, 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. Questions: privacy@elevatenext.ai, phone +1 212 287 9171.
1.2 Some information collected through cookies is, or can become, personal information when combined with other information. Our use of that information is described in the Privacy Notice.
3. The Categories We Use
3.1 Strictly necessary. Required for the sites to work: security and bot protection, fraud prevention, and recording your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
3.2 Functional. Remember your choices and enable site features such as live chat, language preferences, and widget settings. Without them, some features may not work.
3.3 Analytics. Help us understand how the sites are used (pages visited, session behavior, and errors) so we can improve them.
3.4 Advertising and social. Set by advertising and social platforms to measure our campaigns, build audiences, and show you more relevant ads on other sites. Under some US state laws, this use is "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising," which you can opt out of (Section 5).
5. How to Manage Your Preferences
5.1 Cookie banner. When our cookie banner is available, use it to accept or reject each non-essential category at any time. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be rejected.
5.2 Opt-out preference signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends one, we opt that browser out of advertising cookies and the "sharing" they involve, as described in the Privacy Notice, Section 18.
5.3 Browser controls. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings, including refusing or deleting them; check your browser's help menu. Rejecting cookies may limit some site features.
5.4 Industry opt-outs. For interest-based advertising generally, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.aboutads.info/choices/), the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (https://youradchoices.ca/), or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.youronlinechoices.com/).
6. Other Tracking Technologies
6.1 We use web beacons and pixels in emails and on pages to measure whether messages are opened and campaigns work, and browser local/session storage to support site features. Many of these depend on cookies, so declining cookies will limit them.
7. Targeted Advertising
7.1 Third parties may set cookies through our sites to serve and measure our advertising elsewhere on the web, using information about your visits to this and other sites. This information does not directly identify you by name unless you choose to provide identifying details. You can opt out through the tools in Section 5.
8. Updates to This Policy
8.1 We may update this policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and the lists in Section 4 show our current cookies.
