Automation & workflows

Put the busywork on autopilot.

ElevateAI includes a visual workflow builder: you pick a trigger (a form fill, a missed call, a booking, a pipeline change, a text reply) and then drag in the steps that should happen next. Workflows follow up, book appointments, tag contacts, notify your team, assign owners, and move deals for you, day or night, without anyone remembering to do it. No code, and templates to start from.

Build a workflow in minutes, not months

The builder is a canvas: a trigger at the top, then steps underneath. You can see the whole path at a glance, test it on yourself, and change it whenever your process changes, which is the part that usually gets outsourced and then never touched again.

  • Visual drag-and-drop workflow builder
  • Triggers for new leads, form fills, bookings, replies, and stage changes
  • Actions: send SMS or email, create a task, add a tag, move a deal, notify the team
  • If/else branches so different leads get different treatment
  • Wait steps and time delays, including business-hours-only sends
  • Turn a workflow on or off without deleting it

Follow up the second a lead comes in

Speed decides most deals. A workflow answers in seconds, while the person is still on your website or still holding the phone, and then keeps nudging politely until they reply or book.

  • Instant text and email the moment a lead arrives
  • Missed-call text-back so a missed call becomes a conversation
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • No-show and reschedule follow-up
  • Round-robin assignment so every lead gets an owner
  • Sequences stop automatically when someone replies or books

Templates to start from

You do not have to design a follow-up system from scratch. Start from a prebuilt recipe, read what it does, and edit the wording to sound like you. Most owners get their first three workflows live in an afternoon.

  • Speed-to-lead: instant reply plus a five-touch follow-up
  • Nurture: a slower sequence for leads who are not ready yet
  • Reactivation: win-back messages to your old customer list
  • Review requests after a job is marked complete
  • Appointment reminder and no-show recovery flows
  • Save any workflow as your own reusable template

Onboarding covers the tools and habits. Building your workflows is something we help with over live chat and video, not something we do for you during setup.

Let AI help you build it

Describe what you want to happen and Workflow AI drafts the steps for you, which you then review and edit. It is a faster starting point than a blank canvas, especially for a first workflow.

  • Workflow AI drafts and edits workflows from a plain-English description
  • Content AI writes the text and email copy inside your steps
  • Conversation AI can handle the replies your workflow starts
  • Growth includes the AI Employee with generous monthly limits
  • Pro includes the AI Employee Pro, unlimited under fair use

Separate usage charges may apply beyond included allowances. Current rates are on our pricing page.

  • Live chat + video support. Talk to a human when you are stuck. Screen-share when it is easier to show than tell.
  • Bi-weekly office hours. Drop into a live session with our team every other week. Bring questions, leave with answers.
  • Courses & training videos. A course library and step-by-step feature videos included with every account. Learn at 2am if that is your speed.
How onboarding works

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Workflows are built by dragging triggers and steps onto a visual canvas, and you can start from prebuilt templates instead of a blank page. If you get stuck, our team is on live chat and video support, and there are step-by-step guides and courses in the training library.

Can a workflow send both texts and emails?

Yes. A single workflow can send SMS and email, wait a set amount of time, branch based on what the person did, create tasks, add tags, notify your team, and move the deal along your pipeline. Email and text usage has separate charges; texts are billed per segment, with applicable carrier fees. See our pricing page for current rates.

What can trigger a workflow?

Common triggers include a form or survey submission, a webchat conversation, an inbound or missed call, a text or email reply, an appointment booked, rescheduled or missed, a pipeline stage change, a tag being added, a payment or invoice event, and a specific date such as a birthday.

Are templates included?

Yes. Prebuilt workflow recipes are included on every plan (speed-to-lead follow-up, longer nurture sequences, database reactivation, review requests, and appointment reminders) and you can edit any of them or save your own as a template.

Will automation make my business sound robotic?

Only if you write it that way. The messages are yours: short, plain, and in your voice, with personalization like the person's first name and the service they asked about. Sequences also stop the moment someone replies, so a real conversation always takes over from the automation.
