Yes. You can import contacts from a CSV file in minutes, and we publish step-by-step switching guides for popular tools so you know exactly what to export and where it lands. Our team is on live chat and video support if you get stuck, but to be clear, we do not move your data for you.

Do you charge per contact or per user?

No. Every ElevateAI plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users, so your bill does not change as your database or your team grows. Plans are a flat monthly price, with separate usage charges where not included. See our pricing page for current plans and rates.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. iOS and Android apps are included on every plan, so you can read a contact's full history, reply to messages, and move deals along a pipeline from your phone.

Can ElevateAI replace my current CRM?
