Mobile & desktop app questions

Is the mobile app included with my plan?

Yes. The mobile app comes with your account on every plan: Core, Growth, and Pro. There is no separate app fee and no per-seat charge for using it.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes. A desktop app is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with the same core tools as the web and mobile apps (your inbox, calendar, contacts, and pipelines) on the same live data. You can download it for all three from the desktop app page.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Both. You can sign in from an iPhone or an Android phone with the same login you use on the web, and your inbox, calendar, contacts, and pipelines are the same data, not a separate copy.

Can I take payments on my phone?

Yes. You can send an invoice or a Text-2-Pay link from your phone and take a card payment on the spot. Tap-2-Pay in-person collection depends on your device and your connected payment processor, so there are hardware and processor requirements, and standard processor fees still apply.

Can my whole team use the app?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users, so your techs, front desk, and sales people can all have the app at no extra cost. What each person can see and do follows the permissions you set on their user.
